Shipping & Tracking Information

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after your order is placed. Please allow an estimated 7-15 working days for your order to arrive. Tracking is available for all shirts ordered.
  • Orders are shipped from our overseas printing facility (orders marked as 'in transit' have been shipped!)
  • Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our shirts, these are only estimates. 
  • ParkzBus is not responsible for any customs or import charges, charged to the customer by the shipping agent or local authorities in your receiving country.
  • ParkzBus is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses provided by customers.
  • Tracking codes will be emailed out after orders are processed, please keep an eye on your inbox. All UK orders can be tracked using Royal Mail's tracking service. International orders can be tracked at www.parcelsapp.com

Returns Policy

What If I Am Wanting To Make A Return?

Returns Policy:

  • Buyers can return faulty item(s) for a refund within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as when it was delivered.
  • Returns cannot be processed on the basis of wrong sizing. 
  • Please contact us at: parkzbusinfo@gmail.com when returning a shirt and we will send you our shipping address for returns.

Refund Policy

What happens if my shipment gets lost/delayed in transit?

Customer satisfaction is our main priority as a business, we have a refund policy which helps protects our customers. A full refund is applicable for a customer if:

  • Your shipment is officially lost, Our courier would send an update on the tracking number if this was the case.
  • Your shipment still hasn't arrived at the given address after 45 days from the purchase date.
