Machine Wash: If you use a machine, turn the shirt inside out and place it in a mesh laundry bag. This prevents the open knit from catching on buttons or the machine's agitator. Use the delicate/gentle cycle with cold water.

Hand Wash (Best Option): This is the safest way to prevent stretching. Submerge it in cold water with a mild detergent, gently squeeze the suds through (don't scrub or wring!), and rinse.
